Setting up E mail account on Outlook 2002 / XP

Open Outlook.
Click E-mail Accounts.

Select Add a new e-mail account.
Click Next

Select POP3 .

Under User Information enter your name as you would like it to appear on outgoing emails in the Your Name Box.
Enter your Email address in the e-mail address Box.
Under Login Information enter your e-mail address in the 'Account Name' box.
Under Server Information enter mail.ypcnet.net in the Incoming Mail box.
Enter mail.ypcnet.net in the Outgoing Mail box.
Click OK

Click Finish Finally click 'Send/Recv' to test your new Email account, and see if you receive any mail
