Setting up E mail account on Outlook Express

Open Outlook Express select the Tools menu and then select the Accounts option.

Click on add new account and select a mail account.

This will then generally set up the Internet Connection Wizard and follow these steps.

It is important when putting in your e-mail address that you use the appropriate server, and this means youremail@yourdomain.com.

It now asks for your server types.

My incoming mail server is a : POP3
(POP3 downloads the files to your local machine).
Incoming mail server: mail.ypcnet.net
Outgoing mail server: mail.ypcnet.net

Now Input your Account name and your Password. Please make sure your Account name is all lower case and password is as you specified when creating your account.

Congratulations! This is the final screen, click on ’Finish’ and you should be ready to go.
